Points to be aware of :
- Water temperatures are between 25 – 31° Celsius
- Remember to bring a spare parts kit for your own equipment.
- All diving spots, apart from Sunken island, are ideal for snorkelling.
- spear fishing and other forms of illegal fishing are out-lawed in Pescador Marine Park
- international diving laws are observed
- in the unfortunate event of accident we provide a medical kit and oxygen and all are diving staff are trained in first aid. It is also possible to contact a local doctor and there are frequently foreign medical staff staying at the beach who are always willing to help. In the case of a serious accident Cebu Doctors, a leading hospital, in Cebu city has an out patient department and emergency facilities. The Philippines Air Force also runs a helicopter service to VISCOM Station Hospital, Camp Lalu Lapu where there is a recompression chamber.
